Some Recent Sketches...

Here's some of the stuff I've been doing of late, all of these were actually Christmas presents for some friends and family this year. I made them into t-shirts, something I'd never done before but actually enjoyed a lot. The format shown here was for printing so the composition isn't exactly the same as the final shirt, the square designs where applied to the sleeve etc. So here they are!

New Stuff

This is a piece I've been noodling for awhile, a couple minutes here a couple minutes there. Finally yesterday I decided to just finish it, so after finishing the frame and adding the color this is what I got.

Something Different..

I started this BG with only the idea of doing something different, for me that is, no lines just color. It's still not finished, but I might just start over with something new anyways so I thought I'd post it. If nothing else it will help break up the black and white of my previous posts. Cheers.

I LIVE!!!!!!

Alright! I have finally decided to kick off the dust and post a whole bunch of stuff! Yep, that's right! I'm posting a ton of random, half complete, people watching, doodles etc. all at once! MMmmmmwwhhahahahaha!! it's amazing what happens when you become unemployed... you finally have time to post!

For those that didn't know I was working at Nitrogen Studios for the last 6 months as a 3D animator, today was my last day, so I thought I would try and push my self to do some personal stuff. Wish me luck.

I sketched out what the little kid looks like without his rain coat on, Justin is still pushing to actually animate the short film idea we came up with... who knows! Maybe we'll actually do it!

Just a fun drawing...

After drawing this guy a friend of mine at work started building up short film ideas with me for him, we had fun thinking up a little story to tell... who knows if we'll do it though, hmmm wish I had more time for personal projects!

Random Robot design

This is my straight ahead design for a Robot, this challenge was supposed to be posted last Friday... but I was out of town with no access to my computer, oh well better late than never. For a straight ahead design I'm pretty happy with it.
