This is my straight ahead design for a Robot, this challenge was supposed to be posted last Friday... but I was out of town with no access to my computer, oh well better late than never. For a straight ahead design I'm pretty happy with it.

A day in the life of a Baby

I'm 35 min. late

Okay, so I was supposed to come up with a evil-type-character... and I totally forgot, so here is my last minute effort to sketch something, that in the proper context, is truly evil... or not. But seriously, paying for a bunch of groceries in change can drive other people mad!

ouch!

One day this man was saving time by taking his baby girl into the shower with him. Suddenly he realized that something was wrong... and then screamed! His daughter had latched onto his nipple and he couldn't get her OFF!!! Ha, ha!! His wife finally saved him in the end. True story, I got it straight from the camels mouth. So anyway, this is my little depiction of the scene!

Trying something new...

I liked this quick sketch and I thought instead of trying to flush out the rest of him I'd just give a shot at coloring him. So yeah, here ya go!

Waiting for files to upload sketch

So this is a quick little sketch I did while waiting for some files to upload to my work this morning. I've been working from home the last few weeks just in case the baby decided to show up, as it is he's 3 days overdue... I hate waiting. Oh well, this is me basically wishing I was doing anything but work. Cheers!

Found an sketch I had done awhile ago when I found out my wife was pregnant... this is not a depiction of my wife, just a cool image I thought. Enjoy!

trying something new

I just randomly felt like doing something in color, just putting it down and seeing what came of it. This is the result. I like somethings about it but I really feel like it could be improved in a lot of ways... color and composition wise. Perhaps a little too saturated? I don't know, color is a skill I'm trying to improve. Helpful hints would be great! Cheers

CD cover Design

This is one of the CD covers I designed for the same project. I don't know if they'll go with it or not, but I thought it was a nice and simple design. There ya go!

Illustrations!

This is a pic I did for an educational book, written by Shelly Murley, called "Music in the Montessori Classroom". I did a series of scenes and items all dealing with teaching music, this picture was one of my favorites... I'll post some others later. Enjoy!
